Lovely place, attentive staff, relaxing pool, great sunshine on the patio, delicious food, beautiful breakfast.

The staff were nice.

The room was small. It was very cold despite a space heater they provided. The picture makes it look like it's in the countryside, but it;s actually at the end of road near Avandaro town. Unfortunately, a few blocks of this road were unlit. Bring your flashlight. It was also really loud. I could hear snoring through the wall as well as people's conversations. And people were outside the rooms yelling at 4:00a.M. All in all, very disappointing. I ended up taking the financial hit and moving to another hotel.

The room was quite cramped and cold, and despite having a space heater, I wasn't able to fully warm up. there were some noise issues, with sounds traveling easily through the thin walls.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was within walking distance to a natural attraction such as a waterfall. the room had a cute decorative fireplace and pretty tile in the sink. the breakfast was delicious and the staff was nice.

Celebrating New Year at this hotel was a great experience. the pool area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. the included breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. the location was superb, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We also walked to a natural attraction nearby, which was amazing.
